Sunderland District Motorcycle Club began late 1975 early 1976, formed from members of the Sunderland Arrows. There have been many members over the years, numbers peaking around fifty in our heyday.

At present we have around fifteen members, two are now second generation so ages range from twenty to sixty-ish! The club meets every Wednesday from 9.00pm at The Cambridge Hotel, Fulwell Road, Sunderland. Bikes ridden range from trail to touring, classic to custom & street to sports bikes.

All the usual activities are indulged in, rallies near & far, weekend runs, & visits to race meetings etc. Since 1998 we have hosted the “Out Yer Tree” rally, you may have been our guest on occasion.

We aren’t averse to some liquid refreshment & are enthusiastic supporters of other clubs social events as well as our own.
